（吉隆坡）馬青總團教育局主任張盛聞今日（週四，12月18日）揭露，馬大校方以“不是回教食物、不適合回教徒食用及不是回教徒烹煮”三大理由，關閉校園內唯一的華人熟食檔。他指出，他們是在接獲馬大中華文化協會的投訴後，才知道這華人檔口是在12月14日被校方勒令關閉，由另一家公司以每月比原任業者低50 令吉的租金取代。他指出，資料顯示，原本的華人熟食檔是向擁有符合回教徒食用（halal）證書的公司購買雞肉，並由一名印尼籍回教徒女傭負責烹煮，基本上符合大學的條例。“這個位於馬大第12宿舍的檔口是這間宿舍14個檔口中，唯一的華人熟食檔，宿舍有1200名學生，華裔佔600人，把其中一個檔口交由華人經營並不為過。”要求大學檢討食堂條例張盛聞週四在馬青總部召開新聞發佈會時指出，他將致函高教部副部長何國忠及馬大，以糾正這種侵犯各族權益的現象，並要求全國大學檢討食堂條例，允許不同民族的食物進入大學。他指出，校園內的熟食檔口幾乎都是回教徒經營，這將使非回教徒學生在齋戒月期間面對校園內找不到食物，被逼到外用餐的問題。他說，大學食堂應該是以清潔、營養、口味及價格作為校內熟食檔的標準，而不是以苛刻條例去管制食堂，造成非回教徒無法在大學經營飲食生意。他認為，大學應擁有開放及包容的環境，而不是為單一族群或宗教服務，既然馬大有越來越多國際學生，就不應只提供大馬回教徒食物，相反地也應提供國際食物。“其他大學的情況是華人經營者必須是素食，為甚麼要這樣？我們不要求公開賣豬肉，如果校方對華人所售賣的雞肉不放心，大可以掛上一個不適合回教徒食用（non-halal）的牌子，讓學生自由選擇。”反對大學施行電子投票張盛文指出，馬青接獲消息，國內數所大學將在學生會採取電子投票作業。他強調，馬青堅決反對在大學施行有欠透明度及公平的電子投票，並希望高教部及各大學停止推行。“由於欠缺獨立機構來鑑定投票過程是否透明及公正，電子投票的結果將容易被人操縱。”他也說，根據馬青所收集的反應，大部份學生都反對校方施行電子投票。他說，大學在過去幾屆大選都沿用傳統的投票方式，就連美國這樣先進的國家也使用領票、劃票及開箱算票的方式，為何大學要使用電子投票？他指出，電子投票的制度在博大已實行多年，也證明此制度並不符合民主。

宿命。。。
“宿命”。。这两个字最近一直在我脑海里出现。。
前几个星期和朋友去云顶，在那看了一套电影。。
“武术”一如往常。。看后感都是与大家不同的。。
在这套戏。中国练武术者。。也面临了出路的困境。。
在这个时代里，他们的宿命是什么呢？。。。。。。
电影替身吗？冒着生命的危险作出属于人家的动作。。
保镖吗？真的是他们想要做的工作吗？
难道是打手？？不可能吧？
面临着不同的时代，这一群人就必须面对不同的宿命。。
时代在作怪。。
这套戏看完后，心情变得怪怪的。好像不想接受一些事实。
又有另外一个例子，在哪一个时代都面临的同样的宿命。。
就是革命。。
“革命”这个字在维基百科里的诠释是
1. “一种激烈的变革。往往是一个利益集团采取暴力等激烈的方式打击另一个利益集团，从而形成不同的利益格局的系列性变革。"是这样吗？我当然不认同。
2. “一般指社会革命，革命阶级推翻反动阶级的政治统治 ，用先进的社会制度代替反动腐朽的社会制度，实现社会形态的质的飞跃。”这个诠释有点认同。。但是此诠释很容易引起误解。
对于我而言：“革”这个字本身有反抗的意思。“命”就是一生里一个人必须面对的生活。
当你对现在的生活不满意而去争取时，其实对我而言已经是革命了。。
那我为什么说革命面临的同样的宿命呢？
1.在中国历史里，从以前的独裁皇帝演变成现在的“民主政府”。
2.由“重男轻女”到现在的男女平等。
3.由“黑人奴隶”到现在奥巴马上任美国总统。
4.有固打制到现在的绩效制。
5.由以前的新经济政策到现在副首相说会在近期里废除。（不知道是不是。）
6.由关闭白小到现在白小重开。
7.由以前台湾国民党独霸到现在的台湾两线制。
有哪一个不是经过革命的呢？？
那革命的那群人呢？在当时，他们所面对的是什么呢？
其他人当面的贬低，嘲笑（发什么白日梦？不可能的啦。。），不伸出援手，还要丢置石头。。
不但如此。。他们还在面对当权者的逼害。
难道这个就是革命者的宿命吗？

他们到底在争取一些什么呢？？有人去了解过吗？
他们的宿命在哪一个时代都是同样的。
他们所争取的是“民主”与“平等”。
何谓“民主”与“平等”呢？
有吗？？请不要由人家来告诉你。自己去观察。
对我而言，“民主”与“平等”又分成很多个层次。
从一个表面的层次来看，有。。
但是从比较深入的角度去看的话，你可能会吓了一跳。。
有个朋友曾经告诉我他的一个故事：
他又一个朋友刚刚进入销售行列。常常达不到标准。。
我朋友就因为要帮他，常常将自己的顾客介绍给她。
有一次，我朋友在招呼着顾客时，她就理所当然的跑来接走他的生意。
久而久之，他就常常的做同样的事。
我朋友呢？我告诉他你没有权力去说她错。
因为她来抢你生意时，你没有告诉他“不”。
所以她就可以理所当然的抢你生意啦。
明白这故事的含义吗？
龙应台教授曾经说过：争取民主，就像是一个接力赛。
上一代将争取到的成果与棒交了给我们，那我们就理所当然的享受成果，
然后将接力棒放在一边吗？我们这一代，是接受了上好几代所努力出来的成果。
我们是不是有责任接下棒子继续跑下去呢？
我们毕竟是这个世界的过客，必须将棒子交给下一代。
那请问你，你在这一代到底奉献了什么？
你难道告诉你的下一代：我是这一代的享受者，没有做过任何的努力？
棒子也不知在哪里了？你自己去找棒子，然后自己再跑下去？？
也可能你对现在自己国家非常满足，那其他国家呢？？
联合国儿童基金会报告，2007年武装组织雇佣的儿童超过25万，其中年龄最小只有6岁。
武装组织往往使用物质误导他们对战争产生兴趣，达到雇佣童兵目的。
他们不仅仅将儿童当是战争工具，还当报信者，间谍，搬运甚至性奴。
还有，有多少国家的人因为缺少食物饿死。
在马来西亚，所浪费的食物，甚至可以养活非洲。
你们不觉得讽刺吗？？难道你真的可以不管吗？
选择给于“哇！好可怜哦！然后又开开心心的自我下去吗？？”的态度吗？
而这真是他们应该的宿命吗？

Just now study CF...
Long time i didn't write blog..
many things to update....
On 11/10...i attended a taxation talk conducted by a very famous tax specialist, Veerinderjeet Singh..topic: Tax Reform and simplication..
Mr. Ng said this maybe a good preparation for our Deloitte Tax Challenge Final next week...But Dr.Chong said otherwise which what he said is useless because too theoretical..
In fact i went to that talk...Erm..true part is useless in our final..but it help me a lot my personal view...How am i describe it??
Dr.Chong and Mr. Veerinderjeet Singh having a very different thinking...
i can see from the way they talk..but they both are my 偶像 also...haha...
listen to his talk...is regarding a broader view the whole taxation system in Malaysia..How the system should be..what are the improvement should be..how to reform and simplify it..
How about Dr.Chong?? more focus..with the current or given system and standards, how we do??how we save tax??what is the effects in us?? u can differentiate it??
who is more important??
Both/...because they are working on different area that benefited on the whole country..What i got in this talk>???
after i listen to the talk, there are a few questions in my mind...
What is the real purpose of Govt giving tax incentive??
sound very stupid and easy question..but if dont define it specifically..
we dont know the existence of it..when we need it..when we dont need it/..
Actually i have the answer in my mind, just to confirm it and maybe i have a different view of that since he is professional in this area..
then i also have a few questions to ask for his view..
because currently my mind are still focusing on the Budget 2009 comment...
Yes...he has given me the ans that i want..
Tax incentives itself is just a very temporary things that trying to help our country to grow...as Msia is a developing country.
so our priority also cannot compared with the developed country...Tax incentive and tax rate reduction is is just an incentive to help us develop...
One day...it will be removed and increase...
My knowledge after the talk...some i knew but been confirmed,some new knowledge;)
From the broader point of view: continuously reduction in tax rate will not be the solutions to solve the economic problem as investors will not only concentrate in that item..
this reduction in taxation means reduction in revenue also...As we see in this year budget..increases in expenditure...so much,...
does we have substantial increase in revenue??yes is for deficit...i always think that...
dont request for reduction in tax rate...
we should for better service and better implementation in policy...
merely request in reduction only will create problems that we cannot see from now...
i told him that i actually having a quite negative view in this new budget,..
As we know the annual represent the short term policy to move to the medium term objective like our five years Msia plan...then should direct to our long term goal like Wawasan 2020..very materially we cannot deny that (even if u dont agree) the annual budget are a combination of economic purpose and some political purpose...
as we know that this year we have a different situation where govt need to give something to relieve our residents..so we cannot see any moving forward in this budget...
it perhaps a backward of that..but it will still moving forward in future..
is a matter of speed..
And i got a lot of his view towards these...
this coming year we facing global recession which need some change in their policy because economic growth for sure will not going as planned earlier..

this reduction in taxation means reduction in revenue also...As we see in this year budget..increases in expenditure...so much,...
does we have substantial increase in revenue??yes is for deficit...i always think that...
dont request for reduction in tax rate...
we should for better service and better implementation in policy...
merely request in reduction only will create problems that we cannot see from now...
i told him that i actually having a quite negative view in this new budget,..
As we know the annual represent the short term policy to move to the medium term objective like our five years Msia plan...then should direct to our long term goal like Wawasan 2020..very materially we cannot deny that (even if u dont agree) the annual budget are a combination of economic purpose and some political purpose...
as we know that this year we have a different situation where govt need to give something to relieve our residents..so we cannot see any moving forward in this budget...
it perhaps a backward of that..but it will still moving forward in future..
is a matter of speed..
And i got a lot of his view towards these...
this coming year we facing global recession which need some change in their policy because economic growth for sure will not going as planned earlier..
Deloitte Tax Challenge 2008 Final!!
Due to the need that unplanned in the final priority...
we did some relocation of our team...ill exchange with seow chee and become the reserve...u ask me im sad anot??
Yes is i cant show my thinking to them...(i duno where is my level)
Happy is everyone having the opportunity and take part in this competition...
but our estimation seems accurate where we successfully gt the 1st runner up in the final..
Really happy on that!!!good exposure...as reserve...im having the different learning with them..which better??no better..is depends on how u view it...
im having opportunity to see all the presentation...

then suddenly we all talk about play numbers game;...

thursday nite....
now midnite oredi..
haven sleep...jus now read the budget 2009 book...
when i flip though the book...
suddenly saw a word that attract me.."Iskandar Malaysia" project...
this project (paiseh) i knw from a the post budget talk in sin chew...
they said this project was a v gd development project...
this project is a development project to build out the south area of johor...
aim: oso to attract foreigners...
duno y...suddenly...another thing that came to my mind...
which i always critic implicitly Malaysia government on this issue...
y they always putting emphasis in tourism??
to attracting foreigners to visit Msia..
budget allocation and money for local government and even state government always putting their money in develop certain area for this purpose...
always eliminate out the less emphasis area...in perspective of tourism..
today i ask myself??do i stil think that??
i hv been changed part of this thought...
mayb my thought are too pian ji...
i always forgot Msia is a developing country...
Dulu i always ask: y we cant do like other developed country like Australia??
their government always putting their budget on building whole country's infrastructure...resident's welfare...our country always putting money on surface which is building certain area just promote tourism...
put it in simple way....my thought now is country (human) must expose to the certain steps, certain bads, certain disappointment, or certain stages only can become the country (human)that we hv now..
what is the situation in msia??
in this current situation...which are more important to us??perspective of country..not individual...y cant we straightly change the policy just similar in Australia...izit we still lack some stages that we need to go though b4 we reach that??i realized...Msia is still a baby compared to the other developed countries with just a 51 years of independence...

this need a long long time and effort in developing it...continuously maintain it.

just like u teaching a child...when he duno..u must putting effort (how u define it??) and time (what u say?) on teaching him..there are certain hard time when teaching him..but u stil need to teach!
now quite fan...our team jus be informed to be selected to enter final in Deloitte Tax Challenges..of cos quite happy...but sad is u need to separate ur time effort in this..as final are so near to us liao...u wil wonder...bcos of combined effort??

if he reali come...ill reali reali rugi and wasted this golden opportunity to listen to his talk where i can get his thought...v v valuable.. how he think is far important than his tax knowledge...

今天，汶川不是地名。
今天，汶川，是我们每个人的名字。
在悠远的汽笛声中垂首默立，任五月的雨水和泪水交汇。这是挥别的一刻：向母亲、父亲、儿子、女儿、妻子、丈夫、恋人、老师、学生、朋友、同事、邻居……；向5月12日14时28分前的平淡、忙碌、盼望、失望、忧愁、欢喜……那些习焉不察的温馨日子。
因为汶川，我一次次想起唐山。我不由惊讶：唐山地震32年之后，无论是逝者还是生者，此时全都完整地存在。32年，唐山，有过无数祭奠，社会、集体、家庭，乃至心灵。它不再仅仅是别离和悲伤，而成为与亲人友人间的相会与祝福。唐山地震让24万生灵消失，可是，它留下了一个名叫“唐山”的完整生命。那位向汶川灾区捐款亿元的唐山孤儿，让你看到废墟上生命的成长。
今天的汶川祭奠，一定也只是短暂的告别。生命，并非仅仅是呼吸和心跳。生离死别，不是生命的边界。亲人们没有离去，一切都将延续。在废墟上嘹亮的婴儿啼哭声里，一个叫做“汶川”的新生命，今天降生。
活着，并不容易。用更好的“活着”告慰亲人，要有更大的勇气和智慧。今天，是抗震救灾第八天，严峻的考验正一一迫近，我们需要更为内敛的情感与明澈的理性。

他是这本《唐山大地震》的作者，记摘了人类历史上死伤人数最多的地震。。唐山大地震。。。在中国。。
不会有很多人知道。。因为当时敏感时期。。中国谢绝了在外的援助。。
是造成严重人数伤亡的其中主要的原因。。
当时国外的人只知道中国某一个地区发生了近于8级的地震。。
此地震造成24.2萬人死亡，重傷16.4萬人。。
这本书记载了这场地震的点点滴滴。。非常完整。。伤感。。
人类必须要永记于心。。
哈哈！！本人有着一本有钱钢老师的亲笔签名的《唐山大地震》哦。。
这本书我看着看着也会流泪。。。它令我看到人类脆弱的一面。也让我看到人类坚强的一面。。
有一幕。。作者在遣送地震灾难孤儿到其他地方时，
见到一名孤儿。。很想给于她关怀。。但是又怕。。
害怕在分离时会给她带来第二次的伤害。。因为她已不能再承受了。
在旁看着她流泪。。然后又害怕被她看到。。
我在看到这一页时。。眼泪不知不觉也留了下来。。
